DIFD is a youth driven movement that creates an open dialogue about youth mental health.

With over 100 community led awareness and fundraising events held each year, the aim is to provide a platform that brings hope and inspiration to youth in our community and beyond.

Join us in helping to make the world a safe place to speak about youth mental health, so that together we can make real change happen.
